Iyrus Weddings Photo & Video has built a reputation across the Tampa Bay wedding scene for cinematic, emotion-first storytelling, and it shows in the numbers: a 4.9-star Google rating and a stack of perfect 5.0 scores on WeddingWire, The Knot, and Zola, with couples returning again and again to praise lead shooter Will DeCosta and his team for being calm, communicative, and genuinely invested in getting every shot right.
Based in the St. Petersburg area and willing to travel worldwide for the right couple, the team pairs photo and video coverage with drone footage, a second-shooter option, and engagement sessions, and they’ve picked up three consecutive “Best of Weddings” awards from The Knot (2023, 2024, and heading into 2026) along the way. Reviewers consistently single out the finished highlight films as the standout, calling them cinematic without feeling staged.
For couples in St. Petersburg weighing their options, Iyrus stands out for consistency: not one bad review across four major platforms, a decade-plus track record, and a small, hands-on team rather than a churn-and-burn studio. If a polished, story-driven wedding film matters as much as the stills, this is a name worth a serious look.
