Our Rankings Are Opinions
Our lists, awards and articles are editorial opinions based on the information available to us, including public reviews and photographers’ portfolios. We work to keep them accurate and re-score lists every quarter, but we don’t guarantee any photographer’s availability, prices, quality or results. Always review a photographer’s contract and portfolio before you book.
Booking Is Between You and the Photographer
We are not a party to any agreement between you and a photographer. Questions about bookings, payments, deliverables or refunds for photography services go directly to the studio.
Paid Placements
- Featured and Sponsored placements are advertising. They are labelled on the page and never change a studio’s score or rank.
- Monthly plans renew each month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime, and your placement stays live until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- Yearly plans can be cancelled for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the placement hasn’t gone live yet.
- We review every placement’s photos and text before it goes live, and we may decline or remove content that is misleading or not suitable for the site.
Photographer Listings, Awards and Interviews
- Applying is free, and not every studio is approved. Every application is reviewed by hand.
- Award badges may be shown on your own website and social media for the year they were awarded, linked back to your ranking.
- When you submit an interview or upload images, you confirm that you own them or have permission to share them, and you give us permission to publish them on the site and in our promotion of the directory.

Content on This Site
Photographs belong to the photographers who made them and are shown with their listings or with permission. Our text, design, logos and award designs belong to Best Tampa Photographers. Please don’t copy them without permission.
Acceptable Use
Don’t misuse the site’s forms, submit false information, or try to interfere with the site’s security or operation.
Limitation of Liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from services provided by photographers listed on it.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
